to support three hospitals in the

The
DVM Operations Partner
role is designed for an Associate Veterinarian ready to step into regional leadership or for an experienced DVM seeking a broader impact. This unique position blends hands-on clinical practice with operational leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor doctors, enhance hospital performance, and foster a thriving, collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities
Champion Clinical Excellence Dedicate 75–100% of your time to direct patient care while building a personal caseload. Provide case consultations, mentorship, and clinical support for DVMs. Guide newer veterinarians in surgical and dental skills. Drive improvements that elevate client satisfaction and hospital efficiency. Build and Engage the Veterinary Community Mentor and support new graduate veterinarians. Collaborate with leadership on hospital strategy and operational planning. Participate in veterinarian recruitment, interviews, and onboarding. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture across assigned hospitals. Drive Operational Success Partner on scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization. Review performance metrics and assist with resource allocation. Support budget discussions and hospital performance planning. Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance Conduct regular hospital inspections and ensure adherence to high standards of patient care. Oversee DEA compliance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree. Active veterinary license in Georgia (or ability to obtain). 3–5 years of clinical experience. DEA license (or eligibility). Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills. Ability to travel regionally (company-paid). Position Structure
Time Allocation : 75–100% clinical, 0–25% leadership/administration. Schedule : Four-day work week with production potential. Travel : Regional travel required to support assigned hospitals. Compensation & Benefits
