As the Office Receptionist, you'll handle a variety of activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the company. Manage the scheduling of appointments and conference room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution. Maintain a well-organized reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields are a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and professional demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills. Benefits
