As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, which includes responding to inquiries, directing visitors, and handling incoming calls.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously
Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondences
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
