Sr Director, Revenue Operations - Leading Email Security Platform

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead the North America operations team and accelerate achievement of regional sales and business objectives. This role sits within the broader global go-to-market (GTM) operations organization and plays a vital part in building a scalable, high-performing GTM engine. Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, you will partner closely with regional sales leadership to shape strategic business planning, execute on growth initiatives, and ensure the adoption of sales methodologies, processes, and productivity tools across the field organization. As a senior leader, you will oversee a team of Revenue Operations Analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Channel organizations. You will be responsible for aligning operations with strategy, optimizing processes, and delivering the insights and infrastructure that empower sales teams to excel. Leadership & Management: Lead the regional revenue operations team, driving performance management, professional development, and operational excellence. Strategic Planning: Own territory design, quota assignment, and sales planning to ensure alignment with business priorities. Pipeline & Forecasting: Implement consistent reporting methodologies, pipeline conversion analysis, and win/loss tracking to support data-driven decisions. Compensation Planning: Partner with sales leadership to design and manage annual incentive programs aligned to company goals. Process & Tools: Champion adoption of sales methodologies, CRM practices, and productivity tools that enable scalable growth. Operational Efficiency: Build roadmaps for process automation and efficiency gains, leveraging dashboards, analytics, and insights to drive measurable impact. Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. Change Management: Lead initiatives that introduce new processes, systems, and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement. Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver performance updates, forecasts, and operational insights to senior leadership. What You Bring: Extensive experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations within a B2B SaaS environment, with strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS business models. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, Gong, and related analytics/forecasting tools, with expertise in CRM adoption, data governance, and maintaining platform integrity. Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects, managing change, and delivering results across multiple initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale training or enablement programs to drive adoption of tools and methodologies. Experience managing distributed or remote teams within a global sales organization is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred; MBA is a plus. Comfortable in high-performance environments with the flexibility to travel as needed. Compensation Base salary range: $184,000 – $276,000 USD, plus benefits, incentive opportunities, and additional programs. Actual compensation will vary based on role level, location, and individual experience.
