This role is located on-site in Chaska, MN and reports to the Director of Manufacturing Process Engineering. Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to achieve departmental and company goals. Equipment Management: Oversee design, selection, installation, qualification, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. Process Optimization: Standardize automation practices and implement changes that increase efficiency, reduce waste, lower costs, and maintain high-quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, drive continuous improvement across the factory, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes. Project Management: Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, delivering effective, timely, and cost-efficient solutions. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulations; lead risk mitigation, validation, and design change activities in a regulated environment. Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomechanical) and 9+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in a management and/or technical leadership role with demonstrated proactiveness and agility. Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with staff and management across functional groups and levels. Understanding of process controls on highly automated equipment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through challenging situations and run site tiered management meetings that set daily priorities. Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to provide constructive performance coaching to peers and direct reports to achieve desired outcomes. Preferred Qualifications

cGMP experience Understanding of database structures and application architecture Familiarity with Power BI and data modeling Lean/continuous improvement concepts including TPM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, and Tiered Daily Management Strong teamwork, innovation, and willingness to take risks; comfortable with ambiguity Ability to balance short- and long-term company goals Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is

$160k-$190k . This range is provided in good faith as the range of possible compensation at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
