$150,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Lead Superintendent
to oversee all phases of large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership in safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities, enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures. Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and site operations to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee document control, daily reports, permits, and inspections. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Anticipate project needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure resource availability. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to on-site teams. Qualifications: 10+ years of construction leadership experience, including large-scale multi-phase projects. Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and scheduling processes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in construction management software and documentation. Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
