We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Sales Operations Project Manager
to lead and support strategic initiatives that enhance sales processes, tools, and systems. This role will focus on cross-functional project execution aimed at increasing operational efficiency, optimizing CRM and sales technologies, and driving data-driven decision-making across the sales organization. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or standardization. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and IT to scope, prioritize, and implement scalable process and tooling enhancements. Own the roadmap and implementation of key sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement platforms). Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership. Develop documentation, training materials, and change management strategies to support adoption of new processes/tools. Ensure system and process alignment with sales strategy and business goals. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus). 6+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of sales processes and sales enablement tools. Proven experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and other sales tech (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clari). Excellent project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
