Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join the Walmart+ Business Development team, reporting to the Director, Business Development. This role will support exploring, outreach, negotiation, and launching potential 3rd Party benefits for Walmart+ members. The individual should be a strong collaborator, adaptable, strategic, and have a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for members and the business. What you'll do

Build strategies and frameworks for developing key strategic partnerships that enable and accelerate new member acquisition and benefit utilization, leading to retention among existing Walmart+ members. Identify, structure, negotiate, and lead strategic discussions with prospective external partners across various industries. Generate data-driven business opportunities through business cases, identifying program and project opportunities, analyzing feasibility, assessing performance, and supporting strategies with cross-functional teams. Own and manage the full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation. Lead contractual negotiations on key business terms, creating data-based insights to drive win-win outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams: Legal for contracts, Marketing for promotions, Product and Engineering for integrations, and others for launch preparations. Discover partnership launch requirements, align on timelines, tasks, and resources. Define reporting requirements to track success metrics and KPIs. Analyze post-launch data to improve future offers, research markets, and identify new partnership opportunities. Develop and maintain partnership roadmaps to accelerate customer acquisition and value. Create and lead executive presentations for strategic alignment and approval. Build and sustain relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders. Resolve complex partner escalations across categories like financial, operational, technical, and regulatory. Establish guidelines and best practices for streamlined partnership processes. What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in business development, managing the full partner lifecycle from negotiation to optimization. Strong presentation skills, including developing compelling decks, financial models, and partner content. Ability to build trust quickly and work effectively across internal and external teams. Analytical skills to synthesize data and inform partner selection and offer structuring decisions. Results-driven mindset with the ability to refine offers, assess competition, and identify new markets. Effective project and stakeholder management skills with disciplined execution. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and levels. Strong relationship-building instincts and a collaborative approach. One.Walmart . Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field, with 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, or relevant areas, OR 5 years’ experience in similar roles. Preferred Qualifications
