Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards in the area by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed, determining corrective action to take or make recommendations to resolve. Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the area by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders. Respect the individual, build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform. Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and supporting Walmart’s goals including sustainable practices and community involvement. Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.). Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates; tuition, books, and fees are paid for by Walmart where eligible. Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may include regional pay zones (RPZ) based on location and stock options.
