Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed, determining corrective action, and making recommendations to resolve. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging; build high-performing teams, trust, and positive relationships; attract, empower, develop, and recognize talent. Act with integrity and uphold Walmart values, promoting a regenerative company mindset and contributing to a positive community impact. Deliver customer-focused results by applying data-driven decision-making and the EDLP/EDLC model where appropriate. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office proficiency; experience supervising associates; Walmart Logistics Manager experience; Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
