Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Group General Manager (GGM) to lead and oversee the operations, growth, and profitability of all business verticals within Hiznetwork. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the travel industry, operational leadership, business expansion, and technology adoption across retail, B2B, B2C, and corporate travel models. RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and drive overall strategy across Retail Travel, Corporate Travel, B2B Sales, and B2C Online Portals. Lead cross-functional teams to meet revenue, profit, and service excellence targets. Collaborate with leadership to develop business plans, budgets, and market expansion strategies. Ensure seamless coordination between booking engines, CRM, finance, and service delivery teams. Monitor and enhance operational workflows for customer satisfaction and productivity. Drive automation and technology integration across all verticals. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in new markets (domestic & international). Strengthen relationships with suppliers, consolidators, corporate clients, and travel agents. Lead new product launches, partnerships, and alliances. Review and monitor P&L, budgeting, and cost control across departments. Ensure financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and compliance with travel-specific regulations. Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology). Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity. REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in Business / Travel / Management (MBA preferred). 15–18 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing diverse business units (Offline + Online + Corporate). In-depth knowledge of travel technology platforms (GDS, OTA APIs, CRM, mid/back-office tools). Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
