Responsibilities and qualifications include:
Professional experience in a call center or public-facing customer service role.
Proficiency in Chinese or Haitian-Creole is required.
Commitment to public service and significant experience working with diverse populations.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills.
Familiarity with web-based applications is required.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to the Boston Office for trainings and meetings.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve and an interest in supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
