As the Director, Business Support - eComm Strategy (Sam's Club), you will drive the vision, strategy, and value proposition for our eCommerce business. Lead strategy & vision : Define and evolve the long-term eCommerce strategy, value proposition, and growth pathways to unlock performance. Develop business cases & frameworks : Build recommendations, business cases, and strategic frameworks supporting transformation initiatives. Accelerate eComm penetration : Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute for new club openings and remodels, developing a repeatable playbook. Cross-functional influence : Collaborate with product, experience, and operations teams to embed eComm priorities into roadmaps and club strategies. Enable leadership alignment : Drive leadership initiatives to influence priorities and decision-making. Identify growth opportunities : Develop strategies for new revenue streams and member engagement. Proven experience in strategy, business transformation, or corporate development, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or digital platforms. Strong ability to develop business cases, evaluate opportunities, and deliver executive recommendations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of eCommerce growth levers, member engagement, and digital retail dynamics. Exceptional strategic thinking skills balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities. Leadership experience in organizational culture and team engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
