Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and motivated Patient Access Registration Representative to join the top orthopedic hospital in the nation. This role involves floating between various departments, including Radiology and Physician Practices, under the supervision of a PAS manager. The main responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to patients, updating patient information in the EPIC system, verifying patient benefits, triaging incoming calls, and scheduling/rescheduling appointments. The ideal candidate must be reliable and motivated, as they will be in a front-line position that plays a crucial role in patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to adapt to different work environments is highly valued. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure comfort and proficiency in all areas of responsibility. Required Skills & Experience • 2-3 years of experience working as a patient access specialist or similar role • Strong customer service skills • Experience with EPIC EMR • Proven professional ability to be patient-facing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • HS Diploma • COVID-19 Vaccination

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
