IT Executive Support & Major Events Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive Support & Major Events Lead to join the Digital Employee Experience team. This hybrid role reports to the Director of IT Operations and is based in the San Jose, CA office 3 days a week. Responsibilities

Architecting and governing the IT executive support framework, defining differentiated SLA's and high-touch support standards for C-Suite and senior leadership Establishing global AV/IT event support standards and playbooks, ensuring the successful, scalable, and secure technical delivery of major company meetings and broadcasts Mentoring a distributed team of IT support specialists and cultivating their technical skills Designing and documenting scalable ITIL-aligned support processes (incident, problem, change management) for global execution, thereby driving operational excellence Partnering with the Collaboration Solutions team to optimize key collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace), focusing on enterprise-wide performance, security, and usage metrics What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in leading technical IT End-User Operations or Digital Workplace Teams, including support for C-Suite environments Ability to design and implement scalable IT service management (ITSM) processes utilizing platforms like ServiceNow Technical expertise in modern corporate endpoints (Windows/macOS) and ecosystem components including directory services (Okta/Azure AD) and network troubleshooting Troubleshooting and administration of operating systems and core collaboration platforms like Google Workspace and Zoom/video conferencing Strong executive relationship management skills, serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite stakeholders What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience building executive support programs from the ground up Expertise in optimizing enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms) Experience working with geographically distributed teams Compensation and Benefits

Zscaler’s base pay range for this full-time position is $147,000 - $210,000 USD, excluding commission/bonus/equity plus benefits. The range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across US locations and may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and education. Benefits include various health plans, time off for vacation and sick leave, parental leave options, retirement options, education reimbursement, in-office perks, and more.
