This position can be based anywhere in MEA working remotely and will be part of LATRO’s extended management team. Candidates based in Dubai, UAE may be expected to report to the office on a hybrid basis, subject to agreement with their manager. As the

Sales Director

(SD)

– FINTECH,

you will take full ownership of driving LATRO’s business development and revenue growth

for our Assure Fintech Solution

within the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, while also

owning the

global sales efforts. Operating as

an individual contributor

, your role will focus on both strategic account management and

importantly

new business development.

More specifically you

will

be responsible for

d

eveloping and executing a sales strategy tailored to the

mobile money and Fintech

MEA market,

as well as a general global strategy

that

align

s

with LATRO’s broader global growth

objectives

and specific revenue targets

. The SD will be m

anaging and expanding relationships with

our

existing clients, with a strong focus on upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account retention.

You will

leverage

your existing experience, knowledge, and client relationships in the Mobile Money and Fintech domain to

identify

and close net new clients and convert these contracts into new revenue streams for LATRO.

While

the

senior management team will support you as you build and manage your pipeline and close deals

, the expectation is that y

our strong background in

Mobile Money platforms

and

Fintech

a

nd proven experience in selling technology will be

the driving factor

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and Execute

the

Sales Strategy Execute and further develop the sales strategy for LATRO’s Assure Fintech solution targeting Mobile Money wallet providers and other Fintech companies, aligning with our business objectives and revenue targets As an individual contributor, a

chieve

sales booking targets from Net New, Renewals and

up-sell, cross-sell

) Accurately forecast business on monthly and quarterly cadence and ensure continuous CRM updates to reflect the state of your business activities Present biweekly and monthly at sales team and wider company meetings on the progress of your pipeline and initiatives Understand and Articulate

the

Value Proposition Leverage existing experience, relationships and knowledge of the Mobile Money and Fintech domain to position the solution to net new and existing clients Translat

e

the

client’s

needs into actionable opportunities and successfully convert these into profitable revenue streams for LATRO Clearly communicate

Deal Cycles Manage

end-to-end sales cycles for

the solution sales

including RFP responses, contract negotiation, and deal closure Work closely with pre-sales, delivery leads, and operations teams to shape customer proposals and ensure deliverability as well as maintain existing customer satisfaction Maintain

accurate

pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tool

, ensuring visibility and predictability for leadership Oversee pricing, contract terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure profitable and compliant deals Build and Manage

Client

Relationships Manage existing Mobile Money Provider clients to ensure overall client health, secure renewal bookings as well as up-selling and cross-selling to drive expected account revenue growth. Maintain and grow
