This position supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors), helps manage customer relationships, engages in sales activities, grows the customer base, seeks new selling opportunities in the market, and tracks sales data. You will build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to help ensure promotion and display execution in the market, and use digital tools to show execution wins and opportunities for growth. The Area Sales Director will work with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales, using consumer insights to adjust sales strategies. Responsibilities
Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors). Manage customer relationships and engage in sales activities to grow the customer base. Identify and pursue new selling opportunities in the market; track and analyze sales data. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to promote and execute displays in the market. Utilize digital tools to showcase execution wins and opportunities for continued growth. Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on consumer insights. qualifications
5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales. Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required. Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience. Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Benefits / Compensation
