daily revenue and KPI estimates for hundreds of global companies , helping hedge funds and asset managers anticipate market trends before they break. Data is delivered flexibly both on and off platform, making integration seamless for fundamental and quant investors alike.

With strong traction across the buy-side and a rapidly expanding client base, they’re now looking to appoint a

Head of Customer Success

to build a truly best-in-class function.

The Role — Head of Customer Success We’re looking for a

proven CS leader

to take ownership of a global CS organisation and play a pivotal role in driving

client retention, expansion, and satisfaction . Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll have the mandate to design, scale, and elevate Customer Success from the ground up.

You will

Manage, mentor, and grow a global team of 4 Account Managers

(with plans to scale).

Own a portfolio of institutional clients

across hedge funds and asset managers.

Build a scalable CS framework

to drive customer lifetime value, improve onboarding, and maximise CSat.

Develop net growth strategies

— identifying expansion opportunities while minimising churn.

Work directly with the CRO, product team, and senior leadership

to shape client strategy and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing CS/AM teams and Financial institutional client exposure essential.

Track record of leading, building or scaling customer success/account management functions in Alternative Data, financial market data, research or SaaS/ Tech businesses ( alt data background highly desirable ).

Strong commercial acumen — proven ability to drive net retention and expansion.

Operational mindset — able to design and implement processes that improve customer experience and scalability.

Comfortable working closely with product and commercial leadership in a high-growth environment.
