Supervisory Responsibility This role manages subordinate supervisors and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these business areas, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee discipline, in coordination with HR.
Travel Overnight and extended travel required.
Budgeting, Incentives & Financial Oversight
Annual Budget Management:
Lead and manage the budget process, including preparation, analysis, and monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Incentive Administration:
Develop and implement incentive plans in collaboration with HR and Finance to enhance performance and retention.
Performance & Financial Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions.
Actionable Insights:
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on financial and operational matters.
Pricing & Market Strategy
Pricing Collaboration:
Work with the pricing team to align strategies and expand market share.
Market Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for competitive advantage.
Customer & Market Development
Business Development:
Build relationships with key customers and understand market dynamics.
Customer Engagement:
Participate in key meetings, review bids, and coordinate approvals.
Operational Excellence & Tools Utilization
Team Oversight:
Oversee sales teams and ensure CRM and incentive programs align with goals.
Strategic Initiatives:
Implement sales initiatives and ensure effective use of sales tools and training resources.
