Drive and support a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization across all lines of Serve as the face of safety and compliance to all employees, strategically leading programs involving safety and compliance training, safety audits, and accident prevention. Sales Leadership:
Lead new installation sales for North America, emphasizing customer experience, growth, and retention. Foster an organizational culture that encourages breakthrough ideas and well-reasoned risk-taking. Talent Development:
Engage in talent development and recruiting for key sales Mentor sales trainees and provide career development counseling to sales employees. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Sales Performance:
Drive focus on sales results by implementing improvements, pushing innovations, and proactively addressing weaknesses and risks to achieve best-in-class performance that exceeds sales goals. P&L Accountability:
Accountable for the new installation sales P&L for North America, including strategic review of P&L, sales reports, and forecasts of bidding activity for each branch and area to ensure business plans align with budget and performance targets. Collaboration & Performance Oversight : Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Sales, Area P&L Leadership, and Area Sales Directors to review area and branch sales performance. Ensure elevated processes and corporate initiatives are successfully utilized, regularly visit branches, set strategies for performance improvement, and oversee performance management including progressive discipline when goals are not met.
Budgeting, Incentives & Financial Oversight
Annual Budget Management:
Lead and manage the annual budget process, including preparation, analysis, and monitoring of financial plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Incentive Administration:
Develop, implement, and administer incentive plans in collaboration with Compensation, HR, and Finance to drive employee performance and retention. Performance & Financial Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to budget adherence, incentive plan outcomes, and pricing strategy Prepare and present regular financial and performance reports, including forecasts, variance analyses, and scenario planning, to support data-driven decision-making. Actionable Insights:
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on budget allocations, incentive structures, and pricing adjustments to maximize profitability and growth. Pricing & Market Strategy
Pricing Collaboration:
Partner closely with the pricing team to align pricing strategies with business goals, focusing on increasing overall hit rates and expanding market share. Market Analysis:
Analyze financial and market data to identify trends and opportunities for improving pricing effectiveness and competitive positioning. Customer & Market Development
Business Development:
