Sales Development Representative We\'re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales and build a successful career in SaaS. As an SDR, you\'ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for our sales team. You\'ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear paths for career growth. Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outreach through multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling Research and qualify prospective customers to understand their local marketing needs Generate and nurture high-quality leads through personalized communication Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities Coachable and eager to learn - you\'re motivated by growth and career advancement Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills Personable and enthusiastic about building relationships Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms Results-oriented with a track record of meeting goals Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field Strong interest in technology and SaaS Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft) is a bonus What We Offer
