Talkdesk is looking for ambitious, driven, and resourceful Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who have a foundation in outbound prospecting and are eager to advance their careers. As an SDR, you will drive pipeline growth and shape our sales motion by uncovering high-quality opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations.

What you’ll do:

Consistently exceed monthly quotas for booking qualified meetings and generating pipeline for the sales organization.

Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social, video, and creative engagement) to connect with key prospects.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to develop account strategies and drive market penetration.

Deliver Talkdesk’s value proposition with clarity, empathy, and business acumen to senior decision-makers.

Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.

Provide feedback to marketing and sales leaders to improve messaging, targeting, and process efficiency.

What makes you stand out:

1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales-focused role.

A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-growth environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different personas.

Resilience, positivity, and a growth mindset.

Disciplined, organized approach to time management, prioritization, and follow-through.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and related platforms.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Primarily office-based work with periods of sitting or standing and computer-based tasks. Lifting is limited and equipment usage is limited to standard computer peripherals.
