$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus *Relocation Assistance Available* In this role, the Director of Finance will play a key part in shaping financial strategy, streamlining operations, and supporting executive-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic business partner for the executive leaders on property. Analyze financial performance and collaborate with property leadership to drive profitability. Deliver actionable financial insights to support operational decisions. Lead the Finance and Cage departments, with indirect oversight of Count Team and Receiving/Warehousing. Interpret and implement recommendations from FP&A reports. Partner with operational teams to review and validate financial forecasts. Present financial results and forecasts to executive leadership alongside the General Manager. Oversee the development and presentation of operating and capital budgets. Manage property cash flow and ensure adherence to cash handling policies. Respond to internal and gaming regulatory audits, updating processes as needed. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and development of finance staff. Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and support. Uphold integrity, compliance, and safety across all financial operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance leadership roles. Experience in the casino gaming industry.
