Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Contact the job poster from Family Office for more information. Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across multiple entities (trusts, partnerships, investment vehicles, and personal accounts). Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Support preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and investment performance tracking. Assist with tax-related data collection and coordination with external tax advisors. Track and reconcile investment activity, capital calls, distributions, and management fees. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor management and expense allocations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning. Support compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting as required. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls. Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–5 years of accounting experience; experience in family office, public accounting, private equity, or investment management a plus. Strong understanding of GAAP; experience with investment or partnership accounting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting systems a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. CPA or progress toward CPA certification a plus.
