Overview
We help multi-unit hospitality groups elevate their bar and beverage programs. You’ll prove yourself as a consultant, then grow into Project Manager and Account Manager as you earn it. How You’ll Start (First 90 Days)
Complete full onboarding to fully integrate into our tech stack for seamless communication, task completion, corporate administration, and project management. Work alongside Consultants by developing cocktail menus, training bartenders at client accounts, and developing materials according to UH standards. Work alongside Project/Account Managers to observe proper project management and client communication. What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
Take on multiple client projects simultaneously as a Project Manager while still taking on Consultant Deliverables. Coordinate on-time delivery of deliverables while collecting and maximizing positive results from client feedback. Identify, hire, and train Support Consultants in order to delegate tasks and nurture the next generation of Consultants. Day-to-Day
Design and deliver concept-aligned menus. Create systems in accordance with UH standards for seamless operations. Conduct systems implementation and bartender training sessions. Manage 3–5 accounts (after 90 days): good comms, tight timelines. Write concise client updates, exec summaries, and decision memos. Complete administrative tasks (expenses, etc.) in a timely fashion. Must-Haves
3–5+ years in multi-unit beverage operations or consulting. Experience building menus and delivering frontline trainings. Fluency with project management tools (Asana/ClickUp/Notion), Office Suites (docs, spreadsheets, etc.), and email/scheduling. Confidence briefing executives with updates, deliverables, and challenging conversations when required. Own cell phone, computer, and transportation for non-client activities. Access to an international airport. Nice-to-Haves
Network of potential sales opportunities. High-level tech proficiency. Based in Miami. Compensation & Path
PM: $90–110K (after 90 days). AM: $110–120K (after 180 days). Progression is earned through defined gates (we’ll share them up front). Work Model

High-level role overview and mutual interest check. Step 3: Skills & Culture Call (60 min, video) Deeper dive with a Partner. Explore your background, values, and alignment with Unfiltered’s culture and standards. Step 4: Virtual Trial (video) Conduct a mock client intake (30 min) Develop a draft menu + mood board (up to 4 hrs, on your own time) Present client summary, draft menu, and mood board (60 min) Paid: $200 Step 5: Live Trial (in-person, Miami) Submit all recipes + training run of show in advance Fly in same-day (morning arrival, evening departure) Conduct tasting (with scorecard) and training with a mock bartender Send recap within 48 hrs Paid: $500 Final check with prior clients, managers, or colleagues.
