Overview

Provides day-to-day Facilities maintenance and Corporate Services support. Responsibilities

Assist with planning, undertaking scheduled maintenance, budget management, vendor supervision and scheduling. Maintain the facility and grounds, including a wide variety of maintenance operations, equipment installations, facility equipment repair and preventive maintenance. Perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, HVAC and equipment repair. Work closely with vendors and contractors to implement facilities repairs and changes. Provide support for Corporate Services to include supplies/equipment, incoming/outgoing mail, express mail services, shipping/receiving, couriers, offsite storage, company store, service requests, inventory/distribution, check stock management, and key box management. Ensure training objectives are met, including the completion of credit union Institute requirements for core curriculum. Perform other duties or assignments as requested by the Maintenance Engineer. Physical Requirements

Physical demands include lifting, walking, sitting, bending, reaching and squatting with percentages of time allocated to each function as described: Lifting 25%, Walking 50%, Sitting 10%, Crawling/Climbing/Standing (CRT) 25%, Bending 15%, Reaching 10%, Squatting 10%. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years facilities maintenance experience required. Knowledgeable and proficient in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair. Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Electrical skills to replace exit lights, light bulbs, and ballast for 120/208, 277/480 VAC. Understanding of safety and equipment procedures. High School diploma required; some college or trade school education preferred. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate and interact professionally with internal staff and tenants. Ability to supervise outside vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Valid Class C – California driver’s license with a good driving record.
