As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for guiding the company’s financial strategy and operations. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, operational rigor, and the energy to thrive in an ever-changing business environment. You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure financial sustainability while fueling growth and innovation.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Partner with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions through financial analysis and modeling.
Provide insight and recommendations on long-term business and financial planning.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial information.
Monitor key financial metrics and drive initiatives to improve performance and profitability.
Conduct scenario planning to evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure integrity of financial statements and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Oversee audit processes and maintain strong internal controls.
Manage tax planning and corporate governance matters.
Treasury & Capital Management
Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and debt management as needed.
Oversee risk management, including financial, operational, and market risks.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree specializing in accounting or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in accounting.
At least three (3) years in a senior finance leadership or executive role.
Financial management experience to include educational training in accounting or finance.
