My client is a technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions.
They are seeking a
Business Development Director
to drive provider recruitment into their medical group. This role requires strong experience closing complex business deals and consistently exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals Manage pipeline and activities in Salesforce; join weekly sales calls Build and maintain relationships with physicians, partners, and distributors Support recruited practices and help establish new markets where needed Share best practices and contribute to the national sales team Qualifications 4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS or services to physicians / dentists /plastic surgeons Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually) Strong individual contributor in competitive markets Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Nashville, TN (relocation assistance available to ensure you're on territory) Attributes Sales-driven with proven ability to qualify leads and close deals Creative, strategic thinker who shortens sales cycles Compensation Total package: $170K–$200K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped commission Equity / RSU's Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, 401K, PTO, wellness programs) We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
