What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify high-potential acquisition opportunities aligned with the employer's strategic objectives
Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including screening, diligence, negotiation, and integration
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential disruptions
Prepare communications and presentations for senior executives regarding M&A activities
Mentor and support junior deal team members throughout the M&A process
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions, including diligence and negotiation
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all organizational levels
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is optional
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with executives and managing complex deal processes
Familiarity with private capital, legal, investment banking, and/or accounting and consulting markets
Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
