What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop a deep understanding of the employer’s strategic objectives and market landscape to identify acquisition opportunities Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to assess M&A opportunities Build relationships and networks that may lead to future acquisitions Mentor and support junior team members in the deal process What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is optional How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in small teams without junior resources Familiarity with private capital, legal, investment banking, and accounting & consulting markets Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong deal process management and problem-solving skills
