Consults on investment and insurance strategies, develops financial plans for clients, and grows a book of business. Manages client experience, handles sales and service efficiently, and refers opportunities to internal partners as appropriate. Builds and maintains client relationships through business development and networking. Enhances client loyalty and share of wallet by delivering exceptional service. Applies product knowledge to solve client problems effectively. Develops and implements tailored investment and insurance strategies, presents financial recommendations, and establishes financial plans based on client needs. Monitors and adjusts plans as necessary. Coaches internal partners to identify investment opportunities and promotes investment education. Communicates regularly with partners to build strong relationships and drive referrals. Meets with internal teams to review business results and pipeline, adheres to all laws and policies, and maintains high service standards. PNC employees are expected to be: Customer Focused

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education. A degree plus 3+ years of industry experience is typical. Certifications are preferred but not required. Preferred Skills

Prospecting, relationship building, financial analysis, investment banking, public speaking, sales, and customer engagement skills are valued. Work Experience

Requires a university degree and 3+ years relevant experience. Certifications and licenses such as FINRA Series 7 and 66, and Life and Health Insurance are required. Benefits
