Working closely with operations and cross-functional teams, the team drives business reviews and leads forward-looking strategies. This role is pivotal in achieving Walmart’s goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. What you’ll do
Develop Actionable Insights - Data -> insight -> foresight
– applying a structured approach to solving business problems, identifying geographic opportunities, assessing upside potential and taking actions to achieve it Advise Leadership –
supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business Enable Strategic Initiatives –
offering thought leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives – facilitating collaboration and alignment to accelerate growth Strengthen the Strategy – equipping yourself with business knowledge and industry insights, then translating them both to build a better strategy Forecasting, Planning and Analytics – supporting the financial forecasting & planning and strategic process to chart the path to profitable growth Seek Opportunities – Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of team services and experiences What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Planning, Business Management, or related areas. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a sense of urgency. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year’s supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, working in a large, complex, matrixed organization. Masters: Business Administration.
