The Marketing Automation Manager will serve as the strategic owner of our marketing automation and CRM platforms, enabling the business to drive lead generation, nurture programs, and measurable ROI. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing automated campaigns that engage target audiences, accelerate the sales pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships in the B2B manufacturing space. The Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to align marketing automation strategies with business goals. This individual will also ensure data quality, reporting, and campaign performance tracking to deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot or equivalent), ensuring best practices and system health Develop, execute, and analyze automated campaigns including email, nurture flows, event marketing, and customer lifecycle programs Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to build targeted segmentation, lead scoring, and qualification processes that improve conversion rates Collaborate with Product Management to support product launches through automated campaigns and integrated lead nurture strategies Establish and enforce data governance, ensuring accuracy of customer and prospect information in CRM systems Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI Lead A/B testing and campaign optimization to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring automated communications align with messaging, positioning, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign execution and deliverability Stay current on industry trends and new technologies in marketing automation, CRM, and B2B demand generation Minimum Experience

5–7 years of hands-on marketing automation experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments Strong track record of building and optimizing automated campaigns that drive measurable business results Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and IT teams Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Education

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications Technology Platforms

Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot (or equivalent automation platforms) required Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms preferred Strong skills in Excel, data analytics, and campaign reporting Additional Information
