Ensign Services, Inc., is seeking a high-performing Senior Equity Accounting Analyst which will play a critical role in managing and accounting for the company's equity-based compensation programs. Key Responsibilities Prepare equity-related disclosures for10-K, 10-Q, and proxy statements; review and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in thecalculation and reconciliationof share-based compensation expense and related schedules. Calculate and recordjournal entriesfor stock options, RSAs, and other equity awards in accordance withASC 718. Reconcilegeneral ledger accountsrelated to equity compensation. Analyze trends in equity compensation andforecast expense impacts. Coordinate and prepareSEC filingsunder Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, includingForms 3, 4, and 5. Prepare schedules and disclosures in compliance withSEC and internal reporting requirements; maintain supporting documentation. Administer equity plans, including processing ofRSA and option grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, and terminations. Conductmonthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliationsof all equity-related transactions, including maintenance of stock plan reserves. Maintain and auditcustom reportsin vendor platforms and Excel; perform complex reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with thePayroll teamon equity transaction reporting, including tax withholding and adjustments for mobile employees. Help manageemployee trading plans (10b5-1)and enforce blackout periods. Respond to inquiries fromexecutives, employees, investors, internal and external auditors, and regulatorsregarding equity-related matters. Stay current onsecurities lawsand new equity accounting standards; assess and communicate their impact. Supportexternal audits, including interim reviews and year-end procedures. Driveprocess improvementsand ensure compliance withSOX control requirements. Assist withad hoc projects and analysesrelated to equity and compensation.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required 3+ years minimum of blended public and private accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP financial statements and financial reporting CPA or CEP is a plus Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners. Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., Finance, Legal, Accounting, Payroll, HR) and external legal service providers to drive meaningful results Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and be accountable Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a very open and transparent environment
