Corporate Controller
to oversee financial operations across four sites, with plans to expand further. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance day-to-day accounting with strategic insight to support the company’s growth. The Opportunity
The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across a multi-site organization. This individual will play a critical role in standardizing practices, supporting acquisitions, and providing leadership with financial insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Consolidate financials across multiple sites and ensure consistency in policies and internal controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Support integration of new acquisitions and site expansions.
Partner with plant managers and senior leadership to improve cost accounting, efficiency, and profitability.
Coordinate with external auditors and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Supervise and develop finance/accounting staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Experience managing financial operations across multiple facilities preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both details and big-picture strategy.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; experience leading system upgrades or integrations a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary range of
$125,000 – $160,000
(depending on experience).
Performance-based incentive/bonus program.
