Manage deadline-driven proposal development process from beginning to end—including setting and leading meetings—working with business development leads, project managers, and technical staff, under guidance from the area marketing manager Provide message development for proposals—conceptualizing, researching, and producing content, including graphic development Create layout and ultimate document design of proposals and other marketing collateral, utilizing existing templates and brand standards Write non-technical copy, and edit, proofread, and shape copy provided by technical staff Support other marketing efforts by coordinating business strategies, participating in client development, preparing presentations, tracking pursuits and client requests, and generating reports Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems Maintain marketing intranet, collaboration, and file repository sites Responsible for maintaining quality control standards for proposal and marketing components Preferred Qualifications
Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign What We Believe
