About the role: As an HR Technology Analyst II, you will play a critical role in two key areas: Legal Entity Management and the coordination of testing activities for HR platforms such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. You will serve as a central liaison between HR business partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), the Employee Central Product Owner, and HR technology teams—driving operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless experience in delivering HR services across Boston Scientific. This role supports global initiatives including legal entity stand-ups, regional expansion, corporate restructuring, and continuous platform improvements. You will provide process leadership, vendor coordination, testing oversight, and escalation support, all while maintaining high service levels and enabling best-in-class HR service delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as HR lead within the EPIC team, supporting new legal entity stand-ups, regional expansion, and corporate initiatives in coordination with Corporate Finance, Legal, HR, SAP IT, and GBS Report progress and updates to the EPIC project manager on all legal entity-related projects Act as the primary HR contact for new legal entity work, supporting project teams across multiple regions and divisions Collaborate directly with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams to execute entity-related HR activities Act as a liaison between EPIC project teams, the SF Employee Central Product Owner, regional employee data analysts, and local corporate functions Participate in EPIC meetings and intake sessions, gathering and defining business and data requirements, and completing HR structural data templates Coordinate with the EC Product Owner to plan and prioritize HR technology activities in preparation for entity go-lives Guide and support local HR and Finance teams through employee transitions into new legal entities Provide process expertise and lead Employee Central-specific activities during entity setup and transitions Support testing coordination for SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other HR platforms—ensuring quality assurance for enhancements and issue resolution Act as a conduit between product owners, technical teams, and regional subject matter experts Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR systems and services Support additional responsibilities such as workforce planning, Magellan program support, training initiatives, and process analysis Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with structural data management for legal entities in SAP and SuccessFactors ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience Testing coordination experience with HR platforms Experience in service delivery of business processes Experience managing performance in a metrics-driven organization Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, team-based environment Strong multi-tasking capabilities and comfort working in a multicultural, global setting Project management experience leading process improvement initiatives Understanding of Value Improvement (VI) philosophy and Lean methodology, with a history of leading VI projects Boston Scientific Corporation has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
