Lead on-site operations for a
30+ story multifamily high-rise project , ensuring all work meets safety, schedule, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, field staff, and labor to ensure productivity and performance align with project goals. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to address challenges and maintain project flow. Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, inspections, and compliance with all building codes and regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact on site, representing the company to clients, city officials, and stakeholders. Minimum of
10+ years of superintendent experience , with at least
one completed 30+ story multifamily high-rise project
from start to finish. Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods, logistics, and sequencing. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse trade partners. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. OSHA certification and strong commitment to safety. What\'s on Offer
Competitive base salary between
