Oversee private and public construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Proven expertise in managing private and public construction projects up to $50M. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
