As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Surpass commercial targets and KPIs by setting new records and achieving remarkable success. Provide unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty development. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance; provide real-time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals. Foster lasting connections with customers to build a loyal fan base beyond transactions. Build a talent network and attract top talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment, demonstrating results orientation. Strong written and verbal communication with a sense of care in interactions. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience. Strong business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Talent magnet with skills in recruiting, retention, and development of high-performing teams; experience with succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail point-of-sale systems. Eligibility to work in the applicable location and ability to provide proof of identity; minimum age 18. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Benefits and Compensation
