Our client is a 2B industry leader in commercial furniture manufacturing and are looking for a sales representative in South Florida focused on selling to the CRE, GC, Developer, and end-user communities. This person will join a cross-collaborative, team-driven selling environment that is consistently one of the highest-performing regions in the country. What You'll Do

Engage with corporate end-users, mid-size businesses, developers, commercial real estate, and mid-sized architecture & design firms to uncover potential business Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop winning product and pricing strategies Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop business strategies, marketing initiatives, and occasional special projects to support sales and business growth Maintain business activity through CRM system What You'll Need

Business, Real Estate or Design degree or equivalent experience required 10 years of sales experience preferred Experience with account strategy focused on end-users (corporate accounts preferable), some A&D Familiarity with contract furniture industry is preferred Understanding of selling through dealership model Deep knowledge of the nuanced Miami market is strongly preferred
