HD Biosciences, Inc. (San Diego), a WuXi AppTec Company, is expanding its in vivo Pharmacology Division. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate to join the team. Responsibilities

Conduct in vivo pharmacology experiments for preclinical contract research with minimal supervision. Assist and perform efficacy and PK-PD studies and develop new in vivo/ex vivo assays and models as needed. Design, optimize, and execute pharmacology experiments for compound screening, mode of action, and efficacy in various models, including syngeneic and xenograft tumor models, autoimmune/inflammatory conditions, and perform analyses and reporting, including implantation, blood/tissue collection, etc. Assist with and perform other experiments as required. Collaborate with the team on assay development, optimization, and validation projects. Follow SOPs for compound receiving, registration, and management. Help manage lab coordination. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field. Minimal experience in handling rodents/mice in in vivo pharmacology studies. Experience in troubleshooting experiments and data analysis. Cell culture and manipulation experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills; able to work in a team environment. Ability to collaborate across teams with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Proficient in oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Anticipated salary range: $18.05 to $25.00 An Equal Opportunity Employer.
