Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate care by assisting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Identify and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team to ensure proper assessment and care. Accurately record vital signs and maintain thorough documentation of residents' activities of daily living (ADLs). Implement infection control measures to maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Regularly assess residents' needs and respond promptly to call lights to ensure their comfort and safety. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least one year of experience working with the geriatric population is preferred. Must hold a Certified Nurse Aide licensure in compliance with state regulations.
