Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Retail

This role is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions for their requirements. You will also address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, stay informed about product features, and uphold the visual and quality standards of our store. Achieving outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets is essential in this position. We are looking for individuals who can work across multiple stores within a 10-mile radius of the West Olympia Store, located at: 2303 Harrison Avenue NW, Olympia, WA 98502. This is a Full-Time position with starting pay at $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction Assisting customers in person and via phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products Building and maintaining trust with wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions following company policies Meeting or exceeding store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications Stocking shelves and creating appealing displays Cleaning store equipment Loading and unloading delivery trucks Assisting with deliveries as required Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options Following inventory control procedures Suggesting improvements for sales performance Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products Experience with tinting and mixing equipment Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in more than one language Ability to communicate in Spanish Join us at Sherwin-Williams, where your skills and passion can inspire and strengthen our mission to color and protect what matters.
