This position is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored recommendations. Your role also includes resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure top-notch client satisfaction, while staying informed about product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our offerings and store.
You will be required to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of our Edmonds location: Store #708594, located at 22804 100 Ave W, Edmonds, WA: 98020.
This is a Full-Time role with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Processing sales transactions accurately and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
Retrieving and preparing products according to customer specifications.
Stocking shelves and setting up displays.
Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
Keeping assigned areas in-stock and looking presentable.
Remaining informed about product offerings to effectively discuss options with customers.
Complying with inventory control procedures.
Suggesting strategies to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
Proficiency in Spanish.
