full-time
position with a schedule of: Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with
flexibility available Compensation: Starting at $21-25/hr ,
commensurate with experience What You'll Do: As a
Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact by ensuring exceptional service for pets and their families throughout their journey with us. Creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients and patients. Responding to incoming communications, including phone and email inquiries. Scheduling and managing appointments. Effectively communicating client and patient needs to the medical team. Organizing and collecting medical records. Processing payments efficiently. Handling routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing. Who We're Looking For: Strong customer service experience is essential; prior veterinary experience is a bonus but not mandatory. A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine love for working with people and pets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
