VP Sales & Growth (First/third party collections/BPO/BPM/CX Blended Outsourcing Solutions) Location: Remote - US Based Package: Base $150k - $200k + Bonus (Significant %) Sales Sector Focus: Banking, Loans, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities Digitide is a Global Business Process Outsourcing organization, with a comprehensive history of providing innovative near-shore and offshore first/third party ARM solutions, BPO/BPM, Tech, CX, AI, Analytics blended solutions. With significant continued growth, they are looking to build on their existing business verticals and seek a VP/SVP level Sales professional, specifically with expertise in some/all of the following ARM sectors, among others: Banking and Financial Services Healthcare Utilities Payday/Secondary Loans Insurance Responsibilities

New business development across defined market verticals Develop and cultivate business pipeline. First-party BPO / BPM, CX, Analytics and Technology consultative solution selling throughout. Review of existing market and vertical sales plans to ensure they are fit for purpose These plans will ensure stakeholder alignment, clarity on the approach to delivery of revenue growth targets across existing and new target industry verticals. Accountable for the strategic choice of direct sales targets and any new channel partners and for their team’s development of new prospects and new channel partner relationships. This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of new client revenue targets. Accelerating revenue growth significantly beyond prevailing market rate New Client & Market Focus Design, prioritize and execute on Direct and Channel business strategies. Develop complimentary strategies with Marketing etc. Design an effective deployment model that maximizes opportunity in target verticals. Develop and maintain a high level of sales and technical competencies via an initial sales training program and ongoing recertification. Influence product/service development, pricing and business strategy. Build a Stakeholder network in key segments/channels across key markets and the wider business. Provide regular reporting on key metrics to the wider Senior Management Team and the Board. Design and improve commercial and marketing collateral for use in client engagement. Define and execute annual sales plans to overachieve on regional commitment. Qualifications, Skills & Experience

It’s essential you have experience and a proven track record in a senior Sales/Business Development role in Collections industry with a focus on First-party collections, ITO, BPO, BPS, Customer Management etc. Can demonstrate new business BPO wins, preferably multi-year outsourcing solutions. Experience of selling outsourcing solutions into the sectors highlighted. Originating and winning BPO/BPM business. A proven and highly successful executive with a senior level network who has won deals independently. Extensive experience in selling complex solution based outsourcing deals. Experience of accurate reporting & leadership skills at executive level. Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle. Executive level negotiations and contracting skills.
