We’re hiring a Director-level leader to build and run our Sales Operations and Billing Operations function end-to-end. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that power our revenue engine—spanning lead management, pipeline health, contracts, billing, commissions, and customer retention. You’ll be both a hands-on expert (HubSpot/Salesforce + billing/Chargebee) and a builder of scalable processes and a future team. What You’ll Do
Own GTM systems & data Serve as expert administrator for
HubSpot
(or Salesforce), including architecture, user management, data hygiene, integrations, and automations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (duplicate records, data migrations, integrations). Define and maintain lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and scheduling logic. Design and maintain
pipeline management
processes, opportunity stages, forecasting hygiene, and SLA adherence. Build and publish
sales performance dashboards
(rep, team, funnel) and board-level views. Partner with Sales leadership on
territories, quotas, and monthly commissions
(calculation and approvals). Assist with
sales collateral
(decks/presentations—own structure and 80–90% completion). Own Billing Operations Oversee
contract administration , order forms, approvals, and data flow from CRM to billing. Manage
billing systems
(e.g.,
Chargebee ), subscription set-up, invoicing cadence, and renewals. Create and enforce
SOPs
for contracts, billing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows (in partnership with Finance). Drive Customer Retention Build partner/customer health records and reporting; surface risk and expansion signals. Partner with CS and Marketing to operationalize
renewals
and
NDR/GRR
targets. Insights & Strategy Deliver recurring
revenue analytics
and ad-hoc analysis to guide GTM strategy. Own the
RevOps tech stack roadmap
and continuously improve processes for scale and accuracy. What You’ve Done (Requirements)
7–10+ years in
Sales Operations / Revenue Operations , with meaningful exposure to
Billing Operations . Expert-level HubSpot
(preferred) or
Salesforce
admin experience; formal training/certification strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with
billing platforms
(ideally
Chargebee ) and contract workflows. Proven
project management
across parallel initiatives and stakeholders. Strong
analytical skills
with fluency in CRM reporting and business metrics (funnel, pipeline, retention, commissions). Demonstrated
self-sufficiency —able to define problems, build solutions, and ship improvements with minimal guidance. Nice to Have
Experience building a RevOps function from early-stage to scale. Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets power user, SQL a plus, BI dashboards). Background supporting SaaS subscription models and ARR reporting. Tech Stack You’ll Touch
How You’ll Be Measured Accuracy and on-time delivery of
commissions
and
billing . CRM data quality and adoption; lead SLAs and conversion. Forecast accuracy and pipeline health. Renewal rates (GRR/NDR) support and reporting cadence. Time-to-implement for process/system improvements. Leadership & Growth
This is a
Director-level
role with a path to build and lead a specialized team across Sales Ops, Billing Ops, and Analytics as we scale. Compensation:
