What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upselling opportunities - Perform account planning and coordinate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment - Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise customers - Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to craft relevant solutions - Ensure customer satisfaction from initial engagement through ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications): - Approximately 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives - 5+ years of experience negotiating deals with C-suite executives - 5+ years of experience in building relationships with existing customers for incremental business - 5+ years of experience in developing long-term account strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience managing longer deal cycles over 6 months with large deal sizes - Strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the industry - Proven ability to leverage internal team members on account strategies - Familiarity with current industry trends and customer needs
