Sales Hunter
with deep expertise in the
Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
new client acquisition ,
executive-level engagement , and
solution-oriented selling
within the BFSI sector. This is a high-impact, individual contributor or leadership role focused on
driving new logo revenue
and expanding market share in the U.S. Location:

Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the BFSI sector across the U.S. market. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored, value-driven proposals. Engage with C-level executives to position solutions across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, cybersecurity, application modernization, and managed services. Understand client challenges, regulatory environments, and operational objectives to deliver compelling business solutions. Lead RFP/RFI responses and contract negotiations with clients and procurement teams. Partner closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from prospecting to delivery. Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and client insights to shape go-to-market strategies. Qualification: Experience: 15-20 Years (IT Services) Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling with deal sizes typically above $5M+ TCV.
